  • Flavored with an exotic blend of spices (Spice Packet included).
  • Delicious. Excellent source of protein. No refined carbs. No salt, oil, sugar.
  • Serve hot with roti flatbread or alone as an appetizer.
  • Saute the Indian Tempering Mix (included) in hot ghee or coconut oil (ghee/oil not included) and stir into the cooked dal soup.
  • For best results, cook in a pressure cooker.
